I read that article too. Since having Covid and undergoing an emergency procedure on to remove a staph abscess from my spine, along with 3 months of bed rest, my sleep patterns were thoroughly screwed up. Often I woke up at 1:00am and craved toasted sourdough bread with butter. Then a deep fatigue would set in and it was off to bed again.

My dogs act like they are co-piloting the bed. If I get up to pee mid-sleep, they often move into the driver's seat, so to speak.

I’m glad you enjoyed. Although, last night our BIG dog didn’t sleep on our bed. I slept better than usual. Sometimes I end up having to share my pillow with him! 75 lbs. of snuggling.
